Toni is a director of the firm and very experienced in property law and conveyancing, having worked in this area for over 25 years in Geelong and Melbourne conveyancing and law firms.
Toni is an Accredited Certified Practicing Conveyancer.
Toni strives to ensure that her clients have a clear understanding of the often complex conveyancing process and is able to assist all clients, from first home buyers to investors and developers with their conveyancing and property needs.

Nick is a director of the firm and provides legal services to the firm through Bay City Legal Property Law. Nick has been involved in the property/legal areas for over 30 years, having lead several local law firms and conveyancing businesses over the years.
Nick’s major areas of practice include:
- Conveyancing - commercial, residential and industrial property
- General law ("old law") titles and conversions
- GST and stamp duty advice
- Property development, subdivisions and Section 173 Agreements
- Option agreements and tenders
- Adverse possession

Prior to joining the property law industry, Geoff’s career included 17 years in banking including the role of branch manager with extensive involvement in lending for property.
This is a strong compliment to Geoff’s role as a conveyancer for over 20 years. Geoff’s client service standards and conveyancing knowledge are his strengths.
Nicky Lockyer
Senior Conveyancer & Settlements
Nicky began working with our non-executive director Nick Spanninga in 1994. Nicky has spent her career working in the property law and conveyancing areas, having developed skills of the highest level.
Nicky is an avid supporter and member of the Geelong Football club, and has two wonderful adult children she is devoted to. Nicky loves the beach and travelling, with several European Adventures to her name.
Nicky maintains her own files as well as assisting Toni Blackwell.
Shelby Seabert
Settlements
Shelby joined Toni and Nick in conveyancing over 20 years ago. Shelby as part of the Bay City Conveyancing Team provides settlement services and assistance to Bay City Legal Property Law.
Another avid supporter of the Geelong Football club, Shelby is born and bred Geelong, and loves travelling our wonderful countryside, including spending time chasing her son around mountain bike circuits, and picking up the pieces when needed!
Kellie Dyer

Our newest, but highly experienced member of the team is Kellie Dyer.
Like all of our staff, Kellie has worked in property law and conveyancing for over 20 years. Kellie bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bay City Conveyancing.
Kellie loves the beach, spending as much time at Ocean Grove as she can when she is not four wheel driving with her son and camping on the Murray. Kellie’s also loves her time sharing books and talking about travel plans with her daughter when they are not watching the next best thing on Netflix.
